Heres is a pic of all the canvases when they are nearly done they just need to be painted on the sides.

We are working on our logo now and its looking great!! Our logo is shaped as a "club" and then in the middle it has MEG.
We are also making a sign that is nearly done.

It was $23.00 to buy all the 19 canvases.
The glue serviettes and paint were donated by 'Andrea' Maddies Mum and 'Lisa' Graces Mum!!

" They cost $ 1.20 per canvas to make ."
We will sell them for $3.50 each so we
will make $66 if we sell all of them.

From that $66.00 we have to pay Lisa
$23.00 for buyig the canvases!!

So the total would be $42.00.

We are going to do a logo and on the logo we are writing MEG which stands for Maddie, Emily and Grace.

We owe Tc

We owe TC 40 cents because we bought colored paper off her to use for our sign.

Where we put the notice up!!!

We put the notice up in the library on the window, in the office, in LC 2, LC 9,LC 13, LC 11, LC 6 and in the hall!!

How much will we sell our canvases for?

We will sell our canvases for $3.50 or $4.00
We need your help to decide how much. So will will do a survey.

Date were and when

On Saturday the 12th of September 2009, Emily, Grace and Maddie are going to go to town and get the prices of the serviettes and canveses. By doing that we will go to many different shops and find out the prices and from there we will have to buy a lot of scrap book things to stick on the canveses to look pretty.

Steps how to make the serviette art

Step 1: First we will need to Mod Podge (glue) the canvas
Step 2: After that when its wet we have to stick the serviette on the canvas.
Step 3 Then after that very carefully we have to glue Mod Podge over the top of the serviette.
Step4: Then after you have done all that you need to put it in a safe place were it wont get smudged or ruined.
Step 5: Then when its dry if you want to decorate it with scrapbook decorate it or if not you can give it to your family or friend for a present or even put it in your room!! Also if you wanted to you could sell it.

How will we organise it?

Step 1. First we will go to someones house.
Step 2. Plan how we are going to do it.
Step 3. Where are we going to get the glue, canvases,servettes from
Step 4. Go and Get the things.
Step 5. Make the canvases but you need to follow the steps on how to do it.

what we will need

Paint- We will need paint to paint the sides of the canvas to decorate it.
